This was my second training of Vikrampal Singh in Moscow. I am not a teacher of Kundalini yoga, I am developing in other types of yoga. But the art of playing the Gong is so universal that it does not belong to religion, denominations, etc. In my opinion, playing the Gong is meditation. And Vikrampal Singh great meditator, which transmits the state of the Universal soul out of time, out of place, without borders and words… OM
